George W. Bush was careful to build a strong, multi-national coalition before initiating any bombing missions. He waited patiently for a Congressional hearing, too.

But Barack Hussein Obama "acts alone" on this ISIS mission and virtually all other matters. He does what he wants, when he wants. When the polls tell him.

And the news media doesn't even notice.

Does that make him king?
