white entertainment network?

We watched a movie some time ago called "Drum Line." It's a kewl enough movie. We noticed it aired on the "BET" network -- Black Entertainment Television, we think that means. We're white, so we hope it's OK that we watched it.

Well, that got us thinking. What would happen if there were a "White Entertainment Television" network? How would various groups react to that? Would advertisers be boycotted by Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, et al, if they advertised at all? Would anyone conclude anything other than such a thing was a racist, perhaps white-supremacist entity?

Doesn't that say anything about the national mindset? Why doesn't it work the other way around? Is it really true that only whites can be racist?
