IMF, Lagarde, and the fist.

Reuters reports:

...former IMF managing director Dominique Strauss-Kahn told [Iceland's president Grimsson] in January 2010 he was unhappy that the Fund was being used as a "fist" against Iceland.

It stands to reason that if the IMF is to be a "fist" against nations when loan guarantees are needed, then DSK would have to be replaced.
